Just passing through and thought I'd share this. Credit goes to my wife for suggesting that I do :). Some future blog post will have lots of reasons and details. But, evil pretty much sums it up.
One of the best things you can do for your health is to eliminate refined sugar from your diet. This includes sugar in all its forms. Examples include cane sugar, corn sugar, beet sugar, agave nectar, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, brown rice syrup. There are dozens more names for it. Now, one of the easiest ways to get this poison out of your diet is to avoid eating processed foods. Many many many of them have added sugar of some type. Stick with nutrient-dense whole foods and you'll eliminate virtually all of the refined sugar. Easy peasy lemon squeezy :).
